Campsite Les Courtilles du Lido is next to a splendid XIVth century village, Moret-sur-Loing, known in particular for sir Alfred Sisley and other impressionnist painters. Our campsite is situated in the South Fontainebleau after having crossed the forest for about 5 km direction Montereau-Fault-sur–Yonne and Sens by the national road RN6.
From the campsite you can go to the city centre by foot to visit the Place Royale, the Remparts and the XIIth century Donjon or the Porte de Samois, or Bourgogne which founded the medieval roots of the old city racines.
For nature lovers our campsite is situated at the border of the Fontainebleau forest which is the most visited of France and famous for its climbing spots. You can also cross the Creuse (buckle of 5 km) on the heights of Moret-sur Loing. There is a network of over 200 km marked out tracks in the forest.
For those who prefer water, our campsite is situated at 500 m of the Seine and Loing confluence in front of the harbor of Saint-Mammès where you can see barges and other boats along the riverbanks or take your children fishing.
For hiking tracks or mountain bike roads, you may start immediately from the campsite in the Fontainebleau forest, along the Seine or Loing and its canals.
Our campsite is situated at the South Est of the Fontainebleau forest, at 5 km of the Fontainebleau castle. Over 1500 pieces in the heart of 130h of parks and gardens, Fontainebleau is the only royal and imperial castle which has been lived in without interruption for over 7 centuries.
